Tina Payne is one of Cynthia Payne's cousins, along with Louise and Gabby. The four girls are often found together, although she is shown appearing the least, implying she isn't as close. She can be rude at times, but she shows less hostility towards Alfred and his friends in comparison to Cynthia.

Appearance[]
Tina is the shortest of the four girls and she has lilac feathers. Her beak is orange, and she has honey-colored eyes. Her short hair is dark purple and frames her face with slight flaring. She has straightened bangs and two small cowlicks.
Normally she wears a powder blue top with raspberry buttons to match her shorts, which have yellow detail. A pink bracelet and a pair of dark purple and pink shoes.
Personality[]
Tina is shown to be less cynical and snobby than Cynthia and she is fairly quiet. She holds no grudges against Alfred and won't act purposely rude towards him or anybody else unless it's on Cynthia's behalf. She is shown to be a lot more pleasant to be around when she's on her own. But when worried she becomes fairly uneasy and panics.
Like her other cousins, she is shown to enjoy girly activities as well as sports, and she is a fan of Ricardo and Razzy.

- Cynthia Payne - She is usually found with her the most and often joins in on mocking others with her. In comparison to Gabby and Louise, she isn't bossed around nearly as much by her.
